Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward and helpful as our customer service.
Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your Coloured Magnetic Sheets, Gauss Meter, or Door Latch Magnets meet your creative or technical requirements.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: To ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Custom-Cut or Personalized Products: This includes any Flexible Magnets or Magnetic Sheets cut to your specific dimensions, or Magnetic Labels with personalized printing.
- Opened or Used Hobby & Craft Kits: For the safety and satisfaction of all our crafters, once a craft magnet kit is opened, it cannot be returned.
- Software or Digital Products: Any associated software or digital content related to products like Gauss Meters.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
- In its original, unused, and resalable condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories (e.g., all parts for Magnetic Lifters or Electromagnets).
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or order number.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within the 15-day window. Please send your request to [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information. You can use the template below for clarity.
Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
Step 3: Ship the Item(s) Back
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DHL or FedEx, which we use for standard shipping) for your protection.
Step 4: Processing & Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status.
- For Exchanges: We will process the shipment of your replacement item as soon as the return is approved. Standard or free shipping (for orders over $50) will apply.
- For Refunds: We will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Your refund will be processed with the same care we apply to assembling our Magnetic Sweepers.
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, JCB).
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. If you paid via PayPal, it will be refunded to your PayPal account. If you paid by credit/debit card, it will be refunded to that card.
- Shipping charges (both original and return, unless due to our error) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Magnetic Knife Holder arrives damaged, or you received Hobby Magnets instead of the Equipment you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
