Any material can become magnetically bonded to steel by attaching a Pot magnet. There are various methods for attaching Pot magnets, but these Neodymium Pot magnets have a Female Thread that allows them to be secured to your non-metallic item with a bolt. The steel capping makes the uncapped side more powerful and also protects the magnet from damage. Alternatively, a threaded rod or bar can be inserted to attach or display advertising material or signage and then attached to metallic surfaces like machinery, fencing or vehicles. A thin piece of cloth or similar between the magnet and a metal surface will protect painted surfaces from damage and make the magnetised item easier to remove and reattach in another location.
